OUR STAFF 

DCES has a professional staff that have great engineering, technical and service backgrounds and are committed to Bob Pruitt.  They know what lies underneath a data center floor and the equipment manufacturers that are best suited to keep a data center from crashing. Coupled with the engineering and technical background are professionals who help Bob locate one of a kind equipment as well as equipment that they retrofit and have sitting in their warehouse waiting to be shipped to its new home.

HOW WE WORK

Having a conversation that discusses the customer's needs is in both parties best interest and allows DCES to help bring a data center current and, in many cases, save money and provide a better technical solution.

DCES has developed an assessment worksheet that addresses the situation and helps the Data Center Manager address primary and secondary issues.  What is the current heat load per rack?  It very well may be different from the original installation specifications due to the enhanced server and communication equipment.  Has your data center been upgrading?  When was the last time you looked under the floor?  What is the condition of your cables?  Have you regularly tested your components such as capacitor banks, transformers, switches, fuse circuit breakers, etc?  What is the condition of:  HVAC, UPS equipment, switchgear and DC power equipment? Do you have hot spots?  How often?
